Job Summary: A professional to foster agile values and practices, guide teams in Lean-Agile methodologies and frameworks, and act as a cultural change agent. Key Highlights: 1. Foster agile values, principles, and practices within teams. 2. Guide teams and leadership in Lean-Agile practices and frameworks. 3. Act as a change agent, driving cultural evolution. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Foster agile values, principles, and practices, enabling and supporting roles involved at the tactical and operational levels; * Work closely with teams daily, guiding Agilists and Program Leadership on Lean\-Agile and framework practices, as well as their respective roles and responsibilities; * Apply scaled agile techniques to help Programs self\-organize and reduce dependencies. * Track and follow up on requests, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders regarding request prioritization and timely delivery, while consistently providing visibility into progress across all organizational layers (from teams to executive leadership); * Introduce/Evolve agile concepts and practices for involved teams; * Serve as the interface between the Agility function and assigned teams, ensuring alignment between the Agility strategy and the agility roadmap; * Implement agile methods across diverse contexts; * Act as a change agent, continuously driving cultural evolution; * Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, replenishment, and refinement); * Support teams in improving day-to-day processes and maintain communication with other teams across the organization; * Conduct team motivational analysis, resolve conflicts, gather feedback, and conduct 1:1 meetings; * Remove impediments; * Identify and track performance metrics and business metrics; * Ensure the best possible environment for team members; * Monitor and track identified risks and technology needs (infrastructure, platform, etc.); * Facilitate quarterly planning ceremonies with technology and business teams (quarterly planning, OKR definition, strategy review, etc.); * Directly support coordination and improve the flow of major themes and/or initiatives impacting the entire program; * Orchestrate and share the Portfolio Management vision at the tactical level across the programs you support; * Encourage learning through internal dynamics such as workshops, meetings, and training sessions—making them tangible, evaluating them, and evolving the program’s Lean\-Agile maturity via continuous improvement actions; * Bring benchmark metrics to measure operational efficiency gains; * Generate and consolidate executive reports on AI learnings and comparisons of tools and processes.
