Job Summary:
The Senior Event Analyst will develop, plan, and manage marketing, sales, and HR events, focusing on process optimization and results—including supplier management and post-event reporting.

The **Senior Event Analyst** focuses on developing, planning, and managing marketing, sales, and HR events; contracting and managing suppliers (tendering, negotiation, onboarding, and execution); Your work will be essential in streamlining processes and optimizing outcomes—for both our organization and our future partners.
**Responsibilities**
Organizing and tracking the annual event calendar;
Monitoring the development and operationalization of each event’s scope, acting across all organizational levels (people, suppliers, budget, contracts), from pre\-event through to post\-event;
Preparing post\-event reports and supporting strategic planning for the entire department by proposing continuous improvements;
Developing, planning, and managing marketing, sales, and HR events;
Contracting and managing suppliers (tendering, negotiation, onboarding, and execution);
Planning and conducting meetings, conferences, and trade shows related to clients;
Tracking, managing, and nurturing leads, opportunities, and business generated from events;
Supplier management;
Ensuring optimal utilization of all benefits offered under our sponsorships;
Guiding and providing insights to the technical team regarding appropriate use of mailing lists (pre\-event and post\-event);
Supporting marketing and partners across all co\-marketing initiatives—e.g., developing communication plans, live sessions, and online or in-person events;
Mapping the corporate event landscape, especially within HR.
Executing full event logistics—including giveaways, booth layout, coffee breaks, and required materials;
Maintaining close, collaborative interaction with other company teams—especially Content and related Marketing areas such as Communications and Design—to guide and plan necessary actions;
Coordinating other event team members, assisting in planning, strategy, and development of internal events.
**Competencies**
Supplier development, strong organizational skills, and well-developed project management, data interpretation, and market analysis capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Work Schedule: 100% Remote**
Contract hours: 08:30 \- 17:30, with flexible timing
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
