Agile execution with a focus on digital performance We are looking for an Audiovisual Analyst to develop dynamic and strategic content for social media and TV. This person will be responsible for transforming institutional narratives into relevant videos, with agility, refined aesthetic judgment, and a focus on digital performance. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice\-versa. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Shoot and edit videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, X) and TV * Ensure agile delivery, including same-day editing and cuts * Structure storytelling aligned with communication strategy * Adapt institutional content for digital language * Collaborate closely with the social media team **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Studies, Cinema, Social Communication, or related fields * Experience editing videos using software such as Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut * Video shooting expertise focused on vertical formats and social media dynamics * Organization of raw footage and attention to production workflow * Refined aesthetic judgment and narrative sense **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public or institutional communication * Knowledge of motion design **Location:** Brasília/DF – On-site work model **Willingness to travel:** Yes **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD)** **Fluig ID:** 982738
