




Job Summary: An Occupational Safety Technician responsible for informing, controlling, raising awareness, and managing accident and occupational disease prevention activities in industrial and agricultural environments. Developing and implementing prevention programs and safety procedures Description: What do we expect from you? * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety with registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience in industrial and agricultural processes; * Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite); * Knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NR); * Familiarity with fire suppression systems (Emergency Action Plan - PAE) and accident analysis tools; * Experience with safe behavior programs; * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and related indicators; * Experience supporting labor expert assessments and conducting workplace inspections; * Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to reside in Pereira Barreto, Ilha Solteira, or Sud Mennucci. What will be your main challenges? * Informing workers about the risks associated with their activities, as well as measures for eliminating or mitigating those risks; * Maintaining control over the unit's risk mapping, reporting existing risks in respective work areas to supervisors via technical opinions, thereby guiding them on measures for eliminating or mitigating accident risks; * Conducting occupational health awareness activities through campaigns and orientation meetings with workers regarding activity-related risks, aiming to prevent accidents; * Developing and implementing occupational safety and hygiene procedures while evaluating achieved results; * Developing and implementing accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness prevention programs; * Organizing discussions, meetings, campaigns, seminars, lectures, training sessions, and workshops to promote occupational safety and hygiene regulations; * Recommending, requesting, and inspecting fire protection equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), audiovisual and teaching resources, and other materials deemed essential under current legislation; * Managing all occupational safety documentation, verifying compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures, analyzing gaps, and proposing improvement and alignment measures where non-conformities are identified; 2512100202181868222
