Job Summary: The Communication Assistant will support internal communication, manage administrative processes, oversee contracts, and serve as the interface with media outlets. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the control interface with TV, radio, and magazine media outlets **Position:** Communication Assistant **Location:** Primeira Igreja Batista de Curitiba **Address:** Rua Bento Viana, nº 1200 – Batel, Curitiba/PR **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Responsibilities** * Assist with internal communication and interface with ministerial departments. * Consolidate administrative processes, including service order control and media outlet insertions. * Monitor commercially negotiated contracts and generate delivery reports. * Maintain CRM with complete lead and partner data. * Verify and track treasury-related entries. * Issue purchase orders and monitor requests. * Serve as the control interface with TV, radio, and magazine media outlets. * Manage digital files for each sponsor and organize them in Google Drive. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Communication, or Marketing. * Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to communication.
