




Description: * Proven experience in producing medium- to large-scale corporate events, with a portfolio or references of completed events. * Foundational knowledge in corporate event production areas: logistics, audiovisual, lighting, sound engineering, scenography, catering, event technology, and solutions. * Proficiency in budget management, financial planning, and supplier negotiation. * Strong organizational, leadership, and on-site team management capabilities. * Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to corporate events. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools. * Full corporate event management—from planning through execution—with emphasis on production and budgeting, excellence in client service, strong organizational skills, and on-site team leadership. * Detailed scheduling and logistics planning, ensuring each event phase is executed on time and meets expected quality standards. * Budget management—including development, monitoring, and cost control—to ensure financial efficiency and optimal resource utilization. * Supplier and strategic partner negotiation and coordination, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with the event’s concept. * On-site operational supervision—overseeing setup, execution, and teardown—to ensure full compliance with the plan. * Development and implementation of contingency and risk mitigation plans, anticipating potential issues and enabling rapid resolution. * Post-event performance evaluation, generating reports and proposing continuous improvements for future productions. * Application of innovation and technology—leveraging digital, hybrid, or in-person resources—to enhance audience experience and optimize processes. * Ensuring compliance and safety by adhering to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry-specific event regulations. 2512050202181784354
