What will your day-to-day look like? (Spoiler: generating lots of smiles is part of the package)! We’ll count on you for the restaurant’s operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; customer service; and ensuring that the environment and equipment are always clean. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of the job—it’s our top priority to generate smiles! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers in our restaurants, performing tasks such as taking orders and processing payments—including at our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items coming out of our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. You’ll receive training on operating appropriate equipment, as well as on maintaining our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always in accordance with instructions and the operations manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
