




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the security and order of the school environment, controlling access, monitoring students and facilities, and driving institutional vehicles. Driving vehicles for scheduled activities and emergencies · Open and close gates for student, parent, teacher, staff, and service provider access, controlling entry via vehicle authorizations, identification badges, and uniform requirements to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering and proactively safeguarding everyone’s physical integrity. · Greet parents or guardians and students upon arrival and departure, operate turnstiles, and guide them to appropriate institutional areas. · Supervise students during class breaks in common-use areas, observing behavior, providing assistance, and intervening when necessary to maintain order and foster positive peer interaction. · Monitor activities within internal facilities—including the cafeteria and playground—as well as school transportation, assessing student movement to prevent incidents and ensure all activities proceed safely. · Drive institutional fleet vehicles, as directed by area supervision, transporting students, teachers, and staff for external activities and emergency situations. · Guide and direct visitors and suppliers to the institution’s reception for identification. · Conduct periodic patrols across floors, corridors, restrooms, staircases, service areas, and other premises, checking for unidentified/unauthorized persons or irregularities in facility access. · Supervise students in outdoor areas during events such as field trips and visits to parks, farms, museums, etc., observing inappropriate behavior, issuing warnings, and instructing on precautions necessary to preserve group physical integrity and safety. · Monitor personnel movement within institutional premises on weekends per assigned shift schedule using CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), identifying anomalies and reporting via radio to other security personnel regarding required incident response.
