Supporting the sales team in opportunity generation **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and organized Sales Assistant who will be responsible for the first contact with potential customers and for generating commercial opportunities. The main objective of this role is to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to leads received through our channels (website, WhatsApp, e\-mail, social media, etc.); * Conduct active prospecting of new customers (phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, and other channels); * Qualify commercial opportunities; * Schedule product demonstrations with potential customers; * Follow\-up with leads and maintain engagement until demonstration scheduling; * Record and update information in the system/CRM; * Support the sales team in opportunity generation activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and disciplined mindset; * Proactivity and interest in the sales field; * Proficiency with digital tools and basic computer skills; * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting is a plus. **Desired Profile** We seek a dynamic individual focused on results, with strong communication skills and motivation driven by goals and performance-based incentives.
