You will directly contribute to developing content for brands demanding quality, consistency, and continuous evolution. This is a role for someone who already masters technical skills—but even more so, for someone who views video as a strategic tool for brand growth. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES \* Lead video production with technical proficiency (camera, lighting, composition, and movement), ensuring high quality across diverse settings \* Operate professional equipment—including cameras, lavalier microphones, lighting, and gimbals—autonomously \* Capture and process audio with emphasis on clarity and narrative quality \* Edit videos focusing on pacing, audience retention, and storytelling (not just cutting) \* Create animations and visual elements to elevate final deliverables \* Work with multi-camera setups in more structured productions \* Participate in script development and scene direction alongside the team \* Ensure aesthetic consistency and alignment with the positioning of client brands \* Seek references, trends, and innovative approaches to continuously improve content quality REQUIREMENTS Mandatory \* Prior experience as a Videomaker/Filmmaker (mid-level) \* Proficiency in video capture (lighting, framing, movement, and visual storytelling) \* Intermediate editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut \* Intermediate knowledge of After Effects (animations and effects) \* Experience in audio capture and editing \* Practical understanding of storytelling and narrative construction \* Ability to execute projects autonomously Preferred Qualifications \* Experience in an agency or brand content production environment \* Hands-on experience creating social media videos (with focus on retention and performance) \* Basic understanding of scene direction \* A strong creative repertoire and up-to-date references Education \* Ongoing or completed degree in Audiovisual Studies, Cinema, Advertising, or related fields (not mandatory) \* Short courses, specializations, and hands-on projects carry significant weight in evaluation What We Expect \* Consistent, technically excellent deliverables \* Videos demonstrating strong retention and engagement \* Active creative contribution to project development \* Minimal dependency on revisions \* Effective communication with the social media and creative teams Compensation: R$2\.439,94 \- R$3\.513,50 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Is an in-person role in Goiânia feasible for you? * What is your expected salary range?
