Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in strategic and tactical online and offline media planning * Liaise with media partners to request proposals, brief them on projects, and negotiate * Team management and development: Assistants and Interns * Campaign implementation across traditional media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, etc. * Real-time campaign optimization to meet expected KPIs * Development of tactical media plans * Simulation of expected media KPIs for each plan, using industry tools: Monitor, Sainsburry, Comscore, etc. * Oversight of billing and reporting processes handled by other departments and team members * Supervision and management of internal PO processes, PI issuance, and media vendor registration via the VBS platform **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency (certification is a plus) in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads * Experience with VBS or ADMedia * Familiarity with Comscore, Ibope Monitor, and Sainsburry * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Strong organizational skills and proactivity required * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams most of the time * Experience implementing media campaigns * Experience developing strategic and tactical media plans * Experience implementing offline campaigns (TV, radio, OOH) **Additional Information** * On-site availability required 2–3 times per week. \#1 Global Agency of the Decade \- Cannes Lions.
