Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and other components. Inspect parking areas and garages; perform necessary repairs and fixes. Check daily the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours per day, as well as perform repairs on related hydraulic components (toilets, faucets, etc.). Clean and paint technical areas. Keep the workplace and equipment clean and organized. Process open Service Orders (SO) in the system.
