Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and curious Account Executive to support a key client account, transforming requirements into deliverables and overseeing digital marketing and communication projects. Opportunity for professional development in multinational marketing We are looking for an organized, curious individual with strong multitasking and operational management skills to serve as an Account Executive for one of Amper’s flagship accounts in Brazil. This person will support day-to-day account operations—helping translate client requirements into clear internal deliverables and overseeing projects from briefing to final delivery. The scope includes initiatives in digital (organic and paid media), events, e-commerce, internal communications, and website page development via Adobe Experience Manager. We seek someone with strong communication skills, organizational acumen, and interest in the multinational marketing landscape—who is eager to grow and develop alongside the team. Responsibilities: \- Support client relationships, ensuring daily alignment on requirements; \- Organize and coordinate briefings with internal teams (creative, content, media, and planning); \- Monitor project progress, helping ensure deadlines and delivery quality; \- Participate in meetings, documenting key points and action items; \- Support task organization, scheduling, and material preparation; \- Collaborate across agency departments to ensure smooth communication. Requirements: Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability and attention to detail; Familiarity with task management in Trello; Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in advertising account management (internship experience accepted); Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and organic social media (Instagram and Facebook); Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello); Fluent or advanced Spanish; Understanding of full-funnel campaign journeys (from awareness to conversion).
