The Art Team is responsible for conceptualizing and creating the full visual identity of our clients. We’re looking for a Videomaker passionate about storytelling through audiovisual media. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \- Capturing audio and video on-site—both indoors and outdoors—ensuring technical and aesthetic quality; \- Planning, shooting, and editing videos for different platforms, including social media and institutional campaigns; \- Editing daily materials using software such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut; \- Creating videos from scripts, collaborating with design, content, motion, social media, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment; \- Managing the complete video production process: pre-production, shooting, and post-production; \- Developing engaging visual narratives using storytelling, transitions, animations, and sound effects; \- Understanding social media user behavior to grasp each platform’s unique language and tailor editing accordingly; \- Directing video and photography for projects; \- Applying current video trends for social media and platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Requirements Proven experience as a Videomaker, with an up-to-date portfolio; Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and others; Knowledge of video and photography direction; Creativity and a keen eye for detail, framing, and visual narrative; Experience filming both indoors and outdoors; Personal equipment for video and audio capture; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Familiarity with current video trends and formats for social media; Capacity to collaborate effectively across various stages of the creative process. Preferred Audiovisual production experience; Podcast editing experience.
