Maintain relationships with agencies and brands that have synergy. **Mall and Merchandising Executive Position** Responsibilities: * Develop and implement media strategies to promote the shopping center, attract visitors, and increase tenant sales; * Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and trends; * Select and recommend media channels (TV, radio, print, digital, etc.); * Monitor and measure advertising campaign performance; * Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, suppliers, and especially brands with synergy to the property; * Prepare reports and presentations for the Marketing, Merchandising, Superintendent, and Corporate GSOB teams; * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies; * Prospect and coordinate events and promotional activities at the shopping center; Requirements: * Must own a personal vehicle; * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Professional experience in commercial roles, preferably within shopping centers or retail; * Experience in prospecting and negotiating commercial contracts; * Knowledge of the retail market and consumer trends; * Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related fields is desirable.
