Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on innovation **UI/UX DESIGNER** Action Labs is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to help our clients transform ideas and campaigns into relevant and efficient digital experiences. This person will work both on the strategic conception of user experience (UX) and on the creation of digital interfaces (UI) for landing pages, microsites, and innovation projects. We are looking for someone with an analytical eye, a consistent visual portfolio, and a focus on creating intuitive, functional, and business-objective-aligned experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in the conception of digital experiences by contributing research, benchmarks, and references; * Structure navigation flows, wireframes, and medium- and high-fidelity prototypes; * Create interfaces (UI) for landing pages, microsites, and innovative digital projects; * Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all customer journey touchpoints; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, technology, content, and media); * Support implementation alongside the development team to ensure adherence to the proposed design; * Contribute to the evolution of visual standards and usability best practices; * Participate in the creation of visual concepts and digital campaign extensions when required. **What You Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or related fields; * Proven experience in UI/UX design; * Updated portfolio demonstrating processes (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces); * Proficiency in Figma; * Knowledge of usability, information architecture, and user-centered design; * Understanding of responsive design and web best practices; * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus); * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients; * Basic English proficiency. **What We Expect From You** * Ability to translate business objectives into clear and efficient digital experiences; * Critical thinking to analyze problems and propose evidence-based solutions; * Autonomy to manage deliverables with organization and accountability; * Proactivity in identifying usability and experience improvements; * Attention to visual details without losing sight of the project’s strategic vision; * Continuous interest in trends, technology, and innovation in digital products.
