




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling activities, managing the team, analyzing production, and ensuring process and product quality in a textile apparel manufacturing environment. Team development and motivation through performance management **Job Description:** ---------------------- Control activities related to your area of operation, developing procedures, scheduling and distributing tasks; Monitor and measure your team's daily production; Conduct ongoing analysis of workflow and layout in your area; Analyze and control production volume in your area; Ensure that process/product quality meets quality standards and product requirements; Manage personnel in your area, including scheduling and planning vacations, timecard management, conflict resolution, performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), to maintain a motivated, engaged team aware of their responsibilities, rights and obligations; Guide the team during process changes, product releases, goal setting, and clarify doubts as needed to ensure smooth process flow; Verify whether employees receive technical training according to correct procedures—whether conducted by instructors or multipliers—to ensure standardization of approved PQs and ITs; Monitor monthly KPIs for your area, individual efficiency indicators, and departmental indicators; Comply with and ensure full compliance with safety regulations; Perform other related duties as required by the company. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Technical Course in Textiles or Apparel; Must have leadership experience in the textile apparel manufacturing segment and hands-on people management experience.
