Development of presentations and reports **Description:** Description Support the execution of marketing, trade marketing, and communication activities for Casa Teruya, contributing to brand strengthening, sales growth, and enhanced customer experience—both in physical stores and digital channels. Main Responsibilities Assist in creating, adapting, and reviewing graphic assets (posts, banners, point-of-sale materials) together with the marketing team, suppliers, and advertising agency. Support social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business). Produce and review content for consumer-facing digital campaigns and institutional internal marketing campaigns. Monitor and document promotional actions and internal/external events through photos, videos, and announcements/notices on internal communication channels. Assist in organizing sales campaigns, sales team incentive programs, internal cultural events, lectures, and event production. Support implementation and updating of the promotional calendar, as well as execution of trade marketing, merchandising, and media activities. Perform quotations, contact suppliers, and provide logistical support for events. Assist in controlling, displaying, and maintaining merchandising materials (wobblers, displays, clip strips, shopping bags, etc.). Support preparation and tracking of marketing reports and KPIs (sell\-in, sell\-out, digital engagement, customer traffic, consumer satisfaction, campaign performance). Develop PowerPoint presentations for commercial proposals to industry suppliers, institutional presentations, and internal presentations. Handle administrative tasks within the department (filing, contracts, invoices). Manage and maintain inventory of promotional materials and giveaways (Wobblers, Displays, shopping bags, uniforms, giveaways, etc.). Conduct research to collect quantitative and qualitative information regarding products, customer experience, employee experience, and benchmarking against competitors in the Construction Materials Retail sector. Manage spreadsheets and reports in Excel/Google Sheets to track marketing KPIs such as campaign performance. Job Requirements **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Technical program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge:** Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva/CapCut, social media platforms, interest in trade marketing and retail marketing. **Skills:** Clear communication, proactivity, organization, creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn. Advantages General knowledge of construction materials category and home center store dynamics. Practical experience in retail and/or e\-commerce. Content creation skills for social media (text, scripts, images, video). Basic photography and image capture skills for campaign use. Experience supporting promotional events and incentive campaigns. Familiarity with trade marketing and point-of-sale product display. Previous experience in high-demand, multi-task environments. Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation. Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva Video) Basic image editing (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva) **SEO and e\-commerce:** Understanding of best practices for marketplaces and e-commerce, and optimization of organic search results.
