




Job Summary: This professional will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to increase client visibility and sales on marketplaces, collaborating with diverse teams. Key Highlights: 1. Metrics analysis and strategic decision-making **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, execute, optimize, and monitor paid media campaigns across digital platforms; * Ensure increased visibility, traffic, and sales for THADS clients on marketplaces; * Collaborate with content, creative, performance, BI, and customer support teams to align strategies; * Define target audiences, budgets, ad formats, and creative testing; * Monitor performance metrics; * Prepare results reports and analyses to support strategic decisions; * Identify improvement opportunities and make campaign adjustments to optimize costs; * Stay updated on digital marketing trends and changes in advertising algorithms and platforms. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience and familiarity with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.); * Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns; * Knowledge of metrics and performance indicator analysis; * Organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND BENEFITS:** * Remote work arrangement; * CLT employment contract; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (including lunch and well-deserved rest time); * Meal allowance (Caju benefits) of R$660.00 per month; * Remote work allowance (Caju benefits) of R$185.00 per month; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
