Support press, institutional relations, branding, and marketing functions through content production, coordination with internal departments, strategic information organization, and demand tracking. Contribute to enhancing reputation, organizational culture, and employee engagement—with emphasis on written and audiovisual communication, editorial governance, channel management, and performance measurement. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, write, review, and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, operational and regulatory notices, leadership messages, FAQs, press releases, and campaign content—ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, adherence to institutional tone of voice, branding, and appropriate audience segmentation (employees and airport community). * Manage corporate communication channels and hubs—including intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, internal mailing, and other equivalent platforms—organizing the editorial calendar, managing key dates, approval workflows, content updates, and channel governance. * Gather information from internal departments, consolidate technical, operational, and institutional content, and transform\-it into accessible, consistent, and company-guideline-aligned messages for internal and external audiences. * Support press, institutional relations, branding, and marketing functions by tracking demands and assisting in public-interest, institutional, and reputational initiatives. * Monitor communication performance indicators—such as reach, open rate, click-through rate, reading time, engagement, and media impact—producing reports, executive presentations, and analyses in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making. * Support corporate campaigns, culture initiatives, ESG efforts, safety programs, employee experience projects, and crisis communication. * Manage budget and payments, organize procurement requests, oversee vendors, and perform other administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, Advertising and Publicity, or Marketing * Postgraduate Specialization (Preferred): Corporate Communication, Internal Communication, or related fields * Intermediate English and Spanish will be considered advantageous. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Express, SharePoint ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Private Pension Plan, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Recife Corporate
