Work in a high-scale and mission-critical environment . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the strategic and operational management of multiple technical squads alongside the Architect and Product Manager, * The role involves managing a complex structure comprising multiple squads, tribes, and technical fronts, requiring strong cross-functional coordination, continuous alignment with stakeholders, and a focus on value generation within a high-scale and mission-critical environment; * The professional will be one of the individuals responsible for ensuring integration across these fronts, sustaining governance, predictability, and operational efficiency of the structure. * Structure and maintain the program’s macro plan, executive schedule, strategic roadmap, and critical milestones; * Implement robust governance with performance, flow, and predictability metrics; * Manage technical, operational, and business risks—both qualitatively and quantitatively—with formal mitigation and contingency plans; * Serve as the focal point between architecture, security, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders; * Conduct executive rituals and structured reporting to the board; * Monitor program budget, squad capacity, and resource allocation efficiency; * Lead multiple squads and ensure alignment between execution and strategic objectives; * Ensure delivery quality and consistency in execution; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience aligning strategy, architecture, and execution; * Experience with robust governance and KPI-driven delivery discipline; * Qualitative and quantitative risk management per PMI standards; * Quality management; * Experience with schedule and budget predictability; * Minimum 8 years of experience managing technology projects; * Strategic vision combined with operational discipline; * Data-driven mindset and fact-based decision making; * Ability to influence technical and business areas; * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; * English proficiency is desirable; Compass UOL is a global firm and part of the AI Revolution Company, together transforming organizations using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and other of today’s most advanced technologies.
