In this role, you will be responsible for: * Conducting advanced analysis of after-sales dealer network databases across South America * Identifying and analyzing information gaps and discrepancies among databases from different countries * Creating verification models to detect and address the root causes of discrepancies * Performing cross-validation across different systems (e.g., Databricks, Cognos) * Establishing and validating data quality guidelines * Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis * Developing Python scripts to automate data processing workflows * Modeling schemas and data structures aligned with business needs * Collaborating directly with dealers and distributors to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies * Providing technical support to internal client teams * Communicating with stakeholders across South American countries (in English and Spanish) * Delivering continuous feedback on progress, connections, and validations * Ensuring adherence to defined SLAs * Documenting implemented processes, methodologies, and solutions * Participating in weekly progress meetings and quarterly strategic committees * Ensuring compliance with LGPD and data protection policies **Qualifications** **Technical Requirements and Experience** **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence * Proven experience in managing and processing large volumes of data * Experience working in complex corporate environments, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors **Languages** * English: Preferred * Spanish: Preferred **Programming Languages** * Python (advanced) * SQL (advanced) **Data Platforms and Tools** * Databricks * Cognos Analytics or similar BI tools **Databases** * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Experience with NoSQL databases **Data Visualization** * Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools **ETL/ELT** * Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes **Specific Technical Skills** * Ability to perform advanced analysis and identify gaps in databases * Creation of data verification and validation models * Development of interactive dashboards and managerial reports * Data modeling and schema design * Analysis of discrepancies across multiple data sources * Technical documentation of processes and solutions **Behavioral Competencies** * **Assertive communication:** Effective interaction with stakeholders at various levels and across countries * **Technical leadership:** Ability to mentor junior analysts * **Complex problem solving:** Analytical and structured thinking * **Proactivity:** Anticipating issues and identifying opportunities * **Teamwork:** Collaborative engagement in multicultural environments * **Conflict management:** Negotiating with dealers and distributors to resolve inconsistencies * **Results orientation:** Focus on quality, efficiency, and SLA compliance * **Adaptability:** Flexibility to handle change and multiple concurrent demands **Office Suite Tools** * **Excel:** Advanced * **PowerPoint:** Advanced **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: 40 hours per week * Work model: Hybrid – São Caetano do Sul/SP What can we offer you? * Fixed remuneration * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, Transportation allowance (VT), TotalPass, partnerships with educational institutions and Sesc.
