For our **Engineering** team, we seek talented individuals capable of building complex, high-quality systems. You will be directly involved with the company’s business through building and maintaining our systems. No problem—we support **remote/home office** work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide, motivate, and develop the engineering team; * Make technical decisions and resolve complex problems; * Maintain established standards and practices within the area, guiding the team to translate business logic into high-quality code; * Define and implement new features; * Understand and discuss proposed problems and solutions, always pursuing the best technical solution for identified challenges; * Share relevant technical information with business stakeholders across departments and roles (team members, other leaders, managers, stakeholders, etc.); * Review code delivered by the team and provide feedback; * Guide the team in breaking large deliverables into smaller, cohesive parts; * Monitor implemented solutions in production, evaluating errors, performance, and availability; * Track market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and guide the team in adopting solutions that drive company growth and competitiveness; * Contribute to improvements or new standards in the Engineering knowledge base. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in Web Development; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices, and automated testing; * Proficiency in frameworks, libraries, and tools such as Java, Python, JS, Ruby, etc.; * Knowledge of Software Architecture, design principles, and patterns; * Understanding of scalable, modular, and high-performance system architecture; * Skills in conflict management, decision-making, assertive communication, and strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of Grails and its various versions; * Courses focused on Solution Architecture. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * 8-hour daily workload, with flexibility. **We are a top-tier Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for receivables management, payments, receivables anticipation, and serve over 200,000 customers—including self-employed professionals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
