Work on evolution and support of corporate systems (ERP, CRM) ### **Yeslaser Brasil is seeking:** ### **SYSTEM ANALYST** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Gather, map, and optimize business processes with a focus on automation and scalability * Evolve and maintain corporate systems (ERP, CRM, internal platforms) * Develop and maintain **process automations** (RPA, scripts, integrations) * Create and maintain **API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)** between internal and external systems * Develop and maintain scripts (PL/SQL and/or Python) for automations, routines, and integrations * Support business areas in translating requirements into efficient technical solutions * Document processes, workflows, integrations, and business rules * Participate in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives * Collaborate with business, operations, data, and leadership teams ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience as a **System Analyst** or in similar roles * Practical experience with **process automation** (RPA, scripts, workflows, ETL, or similar) * Experience with **API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)** (Postman, Swagger, JSON, XML) * Knowledge of **PL/SQL** (Oracle or equivalent) * Experience with **ERP and/or CRM systems** * Strong capability in **business process analysis and business-oriented thinking** * Experience in technical and functional documentation * Familiarity with version control (Git) and software development best practices ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Python for automations and integrations * Experience with Power Platform, RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) * Knowledge of BI and data analytics (Power BI, SQL, dashboards) * Experience in healthcare, services, or multi-unit operations sectors * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
