Job Summary: The professional will structure, control, and monitor strategic and operational processes, ensuring alignment and company growth. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a results-oriented management culture 1\- Structure the organizational strategic planning process, ensuring clarity, measurability, and focus on company growth; 2\- Control and follow up on each client’s onboarding, monitoring implementation scope with task and deliverable tracking per responsible department; 3\- Monitor delivery deadlines across departments, including occasional obligations (e.g., tax forms and declarations) and non-occasional ones (e.g., group requests, e-mails, meetings, implementation scopes and dossiers), using systems such as GCLICK for demand control and visibility; 4\- Track the status of implementation dossiers by department, ensuring updates and clarity regarding process progress; 5\- Analyze operational performance reports, forwarding data to the Executive Board for approval and controlling client delivery; 6\- Prepare performance reports with clear metrics, proposing improvements based on key indicators; 7\- Promote a results-oriented management culture, fostering team synergy and alignment with organizational objectives; Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; Prior experience in strategic leadership, controller roles, or project management positions; Advanced skills in data analysis, dashboard development, and BI tools; Strategic, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile; Knowledge of strategic planning and performance management methodologies; Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education:*, Elementary School (1st level) * Language Courses * Parking
