Management of critical situations and identification of improvements **Employment Model: Temporary / Coverage for 30-day vacation (employee's vacation starts on 02/03/2026); Expected Start Date: Early February** This opportunity focuses on **customer relationship management + operational/technical support during events**, primarily in corporate environments utilizing **audiovisual technology rooms (ProAv)**, such as interactive displays, presentation systems, etc. You will serve as the **customer’s point of contact** during events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Support **in-person or corporate events**, ensuring proper functionality of **audiovisual equipment** (interactive displays, ProAv rooms). * **Operate equipment** (not merely passive observation — hands-on involvement is required). * Build and maintain **close relationships with client executives and decision-makers**. * Ensure accurate delivery of all contracted items: * Service scope * SLA (timelines, quality, service level) * Reports * Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal departments: * Technical * Operations * Projects * Commercial * Manage **critical situations** (last-minute changes, visible issues, high-impact problems for the customer). * Act as a **problem facilitator**, assisting the technical team to resolve issues promptly. * Identify improvements and commercial opportunities (upsell, new services). * Conduct **on-site customer visits** to strengthen relationships. **Salary:** R$4.688,55; **Benefits:** VA – R$100.00 + VR – R$550.00 + Transportation Allowance + Birthday Day Off **Work Location: Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2041** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Food Allowance: R$100.00 * Meal Allowance: R$550.00
