**Vice-Presidency:** Chief Information Officer **Directorate:** Directorate of Planning, Quality, and Automation **Work Location:** São Paulo-SP | Curitiba-PR (Remote) With a critical eye and keen attention to detail, we are seeking Quality Engineers to actively participate in all phases of project lifecycles and to be responsible for ensuring the quality of each code segment produced by developers within their SQUAD, as well as guaranteeing that customer requirements are fully met. **Responsibilities and Duties** * You will develop and maintain testing strategies (manual and automated), covering all levels of software testing (unit, component, integration, end-to-end); * You will be responsible for developing and executing test cases across an entire project, including all platforms it must traverse and its multiple functionalities; * You will ensure test coverage by collaborating closely with project and development teams to prioritize test execution and report progress and results; * You will enhance Quality Assurance (QA) productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices; * You will drive improvement initiatives within the area and generate quality metrics to demonstrate the outcomes of these improvements; * You will also promote a quality culture throughout the organization; * You will interact and collaborate with other development teams across the Telefônica Group in Brazil and worldwide. **Requirements and Qualifications** * A degree in exact sciences or technology fields—such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines—is a plus; * Advanced knowledge of Mobile B2C business flows and Customer Service systems; * Experience with functional, manual, and automated testing; * Experience creating and executing test plans using tools such as ALM Octane and Jira; * Experience testing web and mobile applications; * Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); * Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools—such as Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes—is desirable; * Experience with testing AI agents and LLM models is desirable; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Resilience to continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn; * Effective communication with other users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, plan tests, and deliver reports; * This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in São Paulo-SP or Curitiba-PR. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not only offering excellent benefits but also flexible ones. * **Here’s what we offer you:** * Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform featuring multiple categories: Gym memberships, Meal Voucher (VR), Food Voucher (VA), Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance; * Corporate mobile phone.
