We are seeking a Senior Talent Attraction & Selection Analyst to lead selection processes for strategic leadership positions within Retail Operations, acting consultatively alongside leaders and ensuring the attraction of talents aligned with the company’s strategy and culture. This person will be responsible for managing key, highly complex recruitment positions, with emphasis on agility, delivery quality, and delivering a positive experience for candidates and managers throughout the entire selection process. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for strategic positions within the Operations Directorate; * Aligning role requirements with leadership teams, acting consultatively in defining attraction strategies and headhunting; * Proactively headhunting professionals for strategic and hard-to-fill positions; * Conducting competency-based interviews, evaluating technical skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit; * Ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers throughout the entire selection process, maintaining up-to-date pipelines and tracking systems; * Focusing on agility, delivery quality, and supporting leadership decision-making; * Participating in projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Attraction & Selection area. Requirements: * Solid experience in recruitment and selection as a Senior Analyst, with focus on Operations roles and leadership positions; * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; * Experience in headhunting and market mapping; * Consultative profile with strong influence capabilities when engaging with managers; * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and results orientation; * Ability to handle a high volume of complex positions simultaneously; * Being a reference in Talent Attraction & Selection, positively influencing the team and stakeholders through technical expertise, a consultative approach, and consistent delivery.
