Act autonomously and proactively to identify improvements **Job Description** Support, enhance, and integrate the company's corporate systems, with primary focus on Protheus ERP, ensuring alignment among technology, business areas, and internal users, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as a Senior Systems Analyst, maintaining regular interaction with Protheus ERP (current versions), ensuring system stability, enhancements, and adherence to business needs; * Support internal users by gathering requirements, clarifying doubts, providing functional support, and tracking requests; * Actively participate in Protheus migration, upgrade, and improvement projects, preferably with hands-on experience in such processes; * Monitor and validate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new functionalities or system adjustments; * Record, track, and document support interactions, requests, incidents, and improvements; * Collaborate effectively with team members; * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes autonomously and proactively. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Proven experience working directly and continuously with Protheus ERP; **Benefits** SulAmérica Health Insurance SulAmérica Dental Insurance Meal Voucher of R$ 47.00 per day On-site parking Group Life Insurance Wellhub (Gympass) Birthday Day Off **Location** Vila Olímpia \- SP (On-site) **Diversity** UCB supports diversity and encourages Black professionals, PCD (Persons with Disabilities), women, LGBTQIAPN\+ community members, and professionals of all ages to apply for this position.
