Job Summary: The Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and security of IT environments, supporting systems, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services. Job Mission: Serve as a Senior Support Analyst, responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the company’s IT environments. The professional will directly support systems, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services, with emphasis on Protheus, Microsoft 365, servers, MDM, and automations. Main Responsibilities: * Providing and resolving Level 2 and Level 3 support incidents. * Administering the Protheus environment (AppServer, WebApp, Broker, RPO, and integrations). * Comprehensive management of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and identities). * Creating and maintaining automations and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate. * Administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). * Supporting corporate networks (VLANs, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and VPN). * Administering MDM solutions (Knox, Intune, or similar). * Managing, auditing, and organizing IT assets using GLPI. * Developing and updating technical documentation. * Liaising with vendors and actively participating in infrastructure projects and IT environment improvements.
