Our commitment is to technological excellence, financial inclusion, and sustainable value creation for customers, employees, and partners — fostering a more connected and accessible ecosystem. **Requirements:** On-site work model, 4 days per week in the Morumbi region, SP Focus on support — server operations, operating systems, backup, etc.; Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Information Systems; Advanced English proficiency, as the role involves participation in conference calls / meetings with global teams; Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours and on weekends. Responsibilities: o Administer Windows and Linux servers; virtualization — VMware and Hyper-V; HP, Hitachi, blade servers; and backup — Veeam o Administer Skype o Support IT infrastructure (UPS, generators, and structured cabling) **o Provide third-level support to internal users for:** Hardware, Software, Telephony, and Citrix. o Administer backup routines using Veeam; o Procure servers, networking devices, and other infrastructure-related items; o Document IT infrastructure; o Participate in IT infrastructure projects; o Adhere to organizational policies and procedures; o Monitor production environments in accordance with defined processes and procedures; o Ensure implementation of IT governance processes; o Participate in project teams designing IT infrastructure for branches; o Administer recording systems and dealerboards; o Communicate directly with other regional offices; o Administer the Contingency Site. 7+ years of experience in the technology field, preferably in banking/financial services Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (certification is a plus); Advanced knowledge of Linux Server (Red Hat) Basic knowledge of telecommunications (switches, routers, VLANs, data links); Good knowledge of DFS; Strong knowledge of Citrix and virtualization (VMware / Oracle OLVM); Analytical and problem-solving skills; ITIL V3 certification (a plus); **Knowledge of backup tools:** Veeam Knowledge of email tools; **Knowledge of monitoring tools:** SCOM, HP OpenView for Linux, Fluke NetFlow, Cacti, and NNMi Knowledge of SCCM; Knowledge of telephony tools — Skype, Teams; Experience administering storage systems / blade servers.
