This conviction guides every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every person we develop. #### **Job Responsibilities:** * Evaluate product code against technical and functional specifications; * Plan, execute, and document software tests; * Create detailed logs and records to evidence test phases, executed scenarios, and identified defects; * Identify, report, and track bugs and errors with development teams; * Analyze and resolve system quality-related issues; * Supervise and support QA team members or project participants; * Conduct post-implementation and post-launch testing for production environment validation; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve processes and products. #### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in software testing (manual and/or automated); * Proficiency in Java (essential for test automation); * Experience with test automation tools; * Exposure to API testing, performance testing, or continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD); * Familiarity with agile methodologies; * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **Work Location:** Remote. **Why build your career at Insi?** Because here you think, decide, and create together.
