Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Your typical workday will include:** * Managing relationships with corporate clients, monitoring project progress, identifying needs, and aligning expectations; * Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, deadlines, and deliverables; * Overseeing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate resource allocation; * Proactively updating stakeholders on project status; * Managing project budgets, with a focus on efficiency and profit margin; * Controlling and ensuring adherence to scope, structuring and leading change management processes; * Pricing projects to ensure financial viability and alignment with margin targets. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management; * Experience delivering presentations to clients and executive forums; * Fluent Spanish **Preferred qualifications:** * B2B market experience; * Experience in the education sector. **Behavioral skills:** * Negotiation and conflict resolution; * Organization and prioritization; * Sense of urgency and decision-making ability; * Clear and assertive communication; * Fast learning ability. **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * For meals or shopping, choose between Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Health is \#seriousbusiness, so let’s take care of ourselves.
