We are seeking a **Senior Integrated Management Analyst** to manage and continuously improve our Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, as well as supporting strategic projects and external audits. This person will have a multidisciplinary and international role, participating in certification processes, alignment with global regulations, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders in Brazil and abroad. * **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001\), ensuring legal compliance, maintaining certification, and driving continuous improvement; * Conduct identification of environmental aspects and impacts, define and monitor environmental objectives, targets, and indicators; * Manage environmental legal requirements, licenses, conditions, and compliance with inspections. * Oversee environmental operational control, including waste, effluents, emissions, chemicals, and pollution prevention; * Investigate environmental incidents and nonconformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Prepare, update, and maintain the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory (Scopes 1 and 2\), in accordance with recognized methodologies; * Propose and monitor emission reduction and decarbonization initiatives; * Consolidate data and prepare information for Sustainability and ESG Reports; * Support internal, external, customer, and environmental certification audits; * Develop and deliver environmental awareness training and educational activities; * Serve as the technical environmental reference point, integrating with operational and strategic departments. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * Knowledge of monitoring environmental conditions, reviewing technical documentation, and complying with current environmental legislation. * Experience conducting internal and external audits, and preparing action plans and general legal requirements per ISO 14001\. **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience in industrial or energy sectors; * English proficiency (ability to conduct meetings, training sessions, and technical reports in English). **Benefits that value you entirely** At TSEA Energia, we believe that valuing people means building an environment of well-being, belonging, and balance.
