**Education:** **Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering, or related fields** **Desired education level:** Completed postgraduate program Language: Advanced English \- Fluent **Summary Description:** Work in the Integrated Management Systems \& ESG area, providing technical leadership to the team and conducting activities in alignment with current versions of reference standards, as well as applicable regulations, legal requirements, and specific customer and stakeholder requirements, to obtain and maintain relevant certifications related to environment, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility; maintain all company ESG-related documents; support and respond to \[supporting responses for] necessary internal and external ESG-related audits, particularly in the areas of Environment and Safety; develop and deliver training or onboarding sessions for employees directly involved in the company’s production/operational activities, as well as perform other related and inherent duties of the position. **Specific Activities and Responsibilities:** Carry out activities related to Integrated Management Systems \& ESG, promoting and/or guiding analysis, adaptation and/or maintenance of applicable certifications, as well as their continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and specific customer and stakeholder requirements within the ESG domain—particularly those associated with Environment and Occupational Safety—and also meeting certification body requirements.
