We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA). **ATTENTION:** This is an on-site position located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo – SP **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** **— Focus on Modeling and Performance:** * **Data Modeling and Semantic Layer:** Structure and maintain the semantic layer in BI tools, defining relationships, business rules, and complex metric calculations * **Performance Optimization:** Analyze and optimize SQL queries in **Snowflake** to ensure high performance during data extraction and processing * **Data Quality Assurance:** Ensure models remain clean, standardized, and performant for analytical consumption * **Technical Interface:** Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to align table structures, data loads, and data architecture **— Focus on UX, Dashboards, and User Experience:** * **Visualization Development:** Build reports, dashboards, and interactive analytical applications (Power BI, Streamlit on Snowflake, among others) * **Data Design and UX/UI:** Apply best practices in design, visual standardization, and user experience when creating executive and operational dashboards * **Continuous Evolution and Feedback:** Adjust reports and deliverables in partnership with the Project Manager, incorporating feedback from business areas * **Operational Stability Assurance:** Maintain daily dashboard operations, ensuring continuity and accuracy of presented data **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * **Professional Experience:** Proven end-to-end experience in data projects * **Snowflake Proficiency:** Demonstrated hands-on experience using Snowflake for querying, manipulating, and extracting data * **Advanced SQL Skills:** Ability to write, read, and optimize complex SQL queries * **BI Tools:** Proficiency in dashboard development (especially Power BI) * **Data Modeling:** Solid understanding of relational and dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) * **Analytical Ability and Communication:** Ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * **Streamlit Development:** Practical experience building applications using **Streamlit on Snowflake** * **Python Knowledge:** Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation * **Dashboard Design (Data Viz):** Mastery of advanced data visualization techniques, data storytelling, and UX/UI applied to reporting * **Certifications:** Official certifications such as Snowflake (*SnowPro Core*) or Microsoft Power BI (*PL\-300*) * **Data Engineering Practices:** Basic knowledge of data orchestration or transformation tools (e.g., dbt or Airflow) **HIRING PROCESS STEPS:** * Application submission * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Client interview * Offer and hiring
