Job Summary: The Digital Process Analyst is responsible for mapping, redesigning, and digitizing business processes, translating requirements into executable automation solutions—with emphasis on insurance and healthcare sectors. Proactive, responsible, and ethical mindset **The Digital Process Analyst maps, redesigns, and digitizes business processes, converting customer and departmental needs into executable automation solutions—either deterministic (RPA) or probabilistic (generative AI).** **Possesses knowledge of service-sector processes, especially insurance and healthcare workflows, along with a proactive, responsible, and ethical work attitude.** **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business units to understand value drivers, pain points, and expectations related to processes targeted for automation. * Map and model end-to-end processes in BPMN, with special focus on service-sector process flows. * Translate customer needs and requirements into concrete digital transformation actions, evaluating the most suitable solution between deterministic automation (RPA) and probabilistic automation using generative AI. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of evaluated processes and support demand prioritization, organizing the development roadmap and backlog according to business priorities and strategies. * Analyze historical process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, deviation reduction, and operational efficiency gains. * Prepare Process Definition Documentation (PDD), aligned with requirements, operational instructions, and information governance and security policies. * Use agile task monitoring systems (e.g., JIRA) to create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for deliverables. * Analyze historical process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, deviation reduction, and operational efficiency gains. * Develop, monitor, and present KPIs for automated processes, and propose action plans to achieve established targets. * Support developers through project kick-off presentations, outlining workflows, rules, and automation expectations. * Deliver presentations on automation outcomes and provide status updates on automated processes to stakeholders and business units, ensuring alignment on results and next steps. **Skills and Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in process analysis and modeling (BPMN). * Preferred: Six Sigma certification, CBPP certification. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive, responsible, and ethical work attitude. * Analytical and data-driven thinking, focused on results and efficiency. * Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology languages. * Consulting mindset and negotiation skills across various organizational levels. * Proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent demands from diverse sources. * Attention to detail and genuine commitment to delivery quality. * Collaborative work style and adaptability to dynamic, transformative environments. * Autonomy in decision-making within defined scope and responsibility boundaries. * Commitment to governance, traceability, and compliance of automated processes.
