**[Tech] Senior Services Analyst | Agro** =============================================== TOTVS | Assis - SP | Hybrid Job Description Job Mission** Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Services Analyst at TOTVS, you will have the opportunity to work on implementation, consulting, and integration projects for Agro solutions, directly engaging with innovative offerings such as TOTVS Agro Commodities Trading (TACC), TOTVS Protheus – Agrodistributor (AGD), and other Agro portfolio solutions from TOTVS. You will focus heavily on integrations—primarily using APIs and TOTVS iPaaS—and deliver tailored solutions to our customers. You will serve as both a technical and business reference for the Tech team, as well as for training, upskilling, and mentoring activities. You may propose product improvements based on customer needs and also act as Quality Assurance in projects, supporting the team and ensuring optimal strategies and deliveries for customers—while maintaining all necessary controls to ensure full adherence to the TOTVS implementation methodology. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in IT or related fields. * Knowledge of commodities trading processes (e.g., coffee, cotton, soybeans); * Experience in system implementation; * Strong understanding of business rules, with attention to market innovations and trends; * Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools; * Basic knowledge of MS Project; * Experience managing test cycles and incident handling in implementation projects.
