Senior Controller Analyst

Responsibilities: * Actively participate in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring quality, timeliness, and proper reconciliations; * Analyze and monitor financial results (Income Statement), EBITDA, cash flow, and variances between actual vs. budgeted figures, including explanations for deviations; * Review and monitor provisions, accounting reclassifications, and manual journal entries, ensuring compliance with applicable standards; * Ensure correct classification among costs, expenses, CAPEX, and OPEX, providing guidance to other departments when necessary; * Serve as the Controller’s focal point in interfacing with Accounting, Tax, FP\&A, HR, and business units; * Prepare and review management reports, executive presentations, and materials for senior leadership; * Conduct profitability, margin, ROIC, EVA, and financial feasibility analyses; * Participate in process improvement, system (ERP), and automation projects; * Support the budgeting and forecasting processes; * Contribute to process standardization, internal controls, and financial governance. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Solid experience in Controller’s Office, Finance, or Accounting, with hands-on experience in closing and financial performance analysis; * Proficiency in reconciliations, provisions, reclassifications, and Income Statement analysis; * Practical experience with ERP systems (Protheus, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar).
