RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with applicable ISO standards. * Develop, review, and control IMS documents and records. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits (certification and maintenance). * Monitor performance indicators related to quality, environment, and safety. * Support departments in analyzing nonconformities and defining corrective/preventive actions. * Promote training and awareness regarding regulatory requirements and best practices. * Ensure process updates in response to legal and regulatory changes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and system integration initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (interpretation and application). * Familiarity with quality management tools (PDCA, root cause analysis, indicators). * Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety legislation. * Experience in internal auditing and nonconformity management. * Internal Auditor certification for the aforementioned ISO standards is desirable.
