This professional will be responsible for the first stage of the consumer journey: initial contact, guidance, and scheduling visits with our custom-built furniture partners. Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct initial outreach to new customers, understand their needs, and accurately direct them. Schedule visits for custom-built furniture projects, ensuring organization and accuracy. Follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure each step proceeds on time. Provide ongoing customer support throughout the entire journey, guaranteeing a positive experience. Log all interactions and activities in the CRM. Maintain consistent communication with partners and internal teams for alignment. Manage multiple concurrent demands while prioritizing urgent matters. Essential Requirements: Prior experience in customer service (in-person, phone, or digital). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational ability, agility, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume customer interactions. Proactivity in resolving issues and anticipating needs. Customer experience- and satisfaction-oriented mindset. Proficiency with digital systems and tools. Desirable: * Experience in scheduling, call centers, or support roles. Experience in the furniture industry. Basic understanding of commercial processes or customer relationship management. Experience working in goal- and metric-driven environments.
