PROJECT ANALYST

**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our team! If you hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have an organized and analytical profile, and enjoy balancing technical and administrative tasks, this opportunity may be for you. Main responsibilities: - Technical and administrative analysis of projects; - Monitoring of schedules, deadlines, and deliverables; - Site inspections and supervision of construction execution; - Direct contact with architects, engineers, suppliers, and partners; - Support in aligning design projects with execution; - Preparation of reports, technical opinions, and administrative controls; - Organization of technical documentation and contracts; - Administrative support related to the projects area; - Participation in alignment meetings and monitoring of requirements; - Support in improving processes and workflows within the area. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Knowledge of project analysis and monitoring; Experience in construction site monitoring or inspections; Experience interacting with architects, engineers, and suppliers; Experience in administrative tasks and process controls; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Previous experience in construction or project management/monitoring; Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or project management systems; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- **Work Location:** ---------------------- Roderjan/R3KA Companies
