Analyze data, test results, and technical information to support decision-making. Develop, test, and evolve products, solutions, and processes. Plan, monitor, and document R\&D projects. Assess the technical feasibility of new ideas, applications, and technologies. Translate complex technical information into accessible knowledge for various departments across the company. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to contribute to business-aligned solutions. Support activities related to technical standards, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Previous roles such as R\&D Specialist, R&D Coordinator, Innovation Researcher, or Innovation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
