**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for system analysis, maintenance, and evolution, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and technological solutions. This professional will gather and detail requirements, design operational workflows, and support alignment between technical and business areas. They will also monitor requests, conduct end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate functionalities with users and partners.
The position requires experience with agile methodologies, system integrations, and backlog management. Additionally, the professional will actively contribute to identifying improvements and evolving internal products and processes. This role is ideal for candidates seeking continuous development and close collaboration with the organization’s strategic business areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Gather and specify functional and non-functional requirements;
* Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational workflows;
* Participate in backlog planning, refinement, and prioritization;
* Conduct end-to-end UAT, including external partners;
* Support business areas in analyzing and resolving requests;
* Propose improvements to existing systems, processes, and products;
* Facilitate integration among technical teams, users, and partners.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
* Proven experience in systems analysis, requirements engineering, or related areas;
* Experience in medium-complexity projects and system integrations;
* Knowledge of process modeling and impact analysis;
* Experience with UAT and functional testing;
* Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL and API-based integrations;
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar;
* Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
