The Project Analyst will be responsible for executing and monitoring end-to-end projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, and cross-functional integration. Requirements: Knowledge of organizational processes and workflow mapping; Experience in project management (planning, execution, monitoring, and control); Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.); Strong numerical aptitude and quantitative analytical ability; Affinity for handling large volumes of data and organizing information; Practical experience with project and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, Taskrow, or similar); Advanced proficiency in Excel applied to information organization, tracking, and control; Experience managing projects involving administrative functions such as accounts payable, billing, etc.; Ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple concurrent projects and cross-departmental interfaces. Desirable: Technical capability to manage and administer tools and platforms at the superadmin level will be considered a differentiator; Proactivity in identifying issues and proposing improvements; Curiosity and interest in understanding both operational processes and the business as a whole; Team-oriented mindset with strong interdepartmental communication; Resilience to manage multiple demands, deadlines, and shifting contexts.
