Responsibilities: * Lead the project team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance * Define and monitor the project schedule * Conduct progress meetings and present status reports to senior management * Manage project resources, including budget and personnel * Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project * Ensure project delivery within the established schedule and budget Requirements: * Proven experience in project management * Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as agile, traditional (PMBOK), and others * Leadership and decision-making abilities * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or certifications such as CAPM or PMP would be advantageous
