Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and controlling factory operational costs and losses, preparing management reports, analyzing variances, supporting decision-making, and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and direct the handling of factory losses and related anomalies 2. Develop the cost and performance strategy and the AOP for Yield Losses 3. Support the development of the AOP for the Yield Losses indicator **Job Description** ------------------- **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for analyzing and controlling factory operational costs and losses, preparing management reports, analyzing cost variances, and supporting decision-making. Execute goal and indicator deployment across departments and verify operational alignment with KPIs. Prepare meeting materials regarding loss impacts. Propose improvements to enhance data quality from the factory. Support AOP development for the Yield Losses indicator and build the cost strategy for the area. Assist future projects in collaboration with the engineering and PMO teams. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and direct the handling of factory losses and related anomalies through data analysis; * Report factory loss results to support decision-making; * Propose improvements and guide resolution of cost- and performance-related issues; * Develop the cost and performance strategy and the AOP for Yield Losses. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields including: Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Accounting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint); * SAP knowledge is desirable.
