We are looking for a Process and Operations Analyst to work on-site in Downtown Rio de Janeiro, focusing on service management, continuous improvement, and support for technological operations. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities** Administer systems, tools, routines, and scripts supporting technological operations and monitoring; Implement and optimize task management, demand handling, and problem resolution processes; Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and security of services and information; Analyze and update operational data, generating performance indicators (KPIs) focused on trends, capacity, efficiency, and compliance; Prepare periodic executive reports for leadership; Develop, implement, and maintain scripts, routines, and technical procedures for activity automation; Ensure up-to-date technical documentation aligned with auditing and compliance best practices; Diagnose and track resolution of recurring incidents and problems; Propose continuous improvements based on metrics and periodic evaluations; Draft technical communications related to incidents, changes, and system updates. **Mandatory Requirements** Experience in service management or project management; Knowledge of Project Management; Agile methodologies and Scrum; ITIL Foundation; Fundamentals of ETL, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence; Microsoft tools: Office 365, Advanced Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint; Risk and IT management frameworks (COBIT, RiskIT); Information Security standards (ISO/IEC 27000 family and ISO/IEC 22301\); Technical English (reading and writing). **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
