Role Mission Identify, design, and improve processes suitable for automation, ensuring RPA solutions deliver operational efficiency, risk reduction, and a positive experience for customers and internal teams. Act as the bridge between business areas and the RPA technical team, translating needs into clear, well-structured requirements. * Responsibilities Map end-to-end processes (AS IS) and design target processes (TO BE), focusing on automation and simplification. Conduct stakeholder interviews (e.g., interviews, workshops, shadowing) to understand business rules, SLAs, and pain points of current processes. Assess automation feasibility (complexity, volume, risks, expected gains) and prioritize opportunities jointly with partner areas. Detail functional requirements and business rules for RPA automation development. Develop process and solution documentation (e.g., BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, decision matrices, etc.). Support RPA development teams during automation construction, testing, and deployment. Plan and execute functional/UAT testing with business areas, validating whether automation meets requirements. Monitor automation performance in production, analyzing KPIs, identifying improvements, and tracking incidents. Participate in continuous improvement, standardization, and governance initiatives for processes within the automation portfolio. * Differentiators Experience in highly complex environments (e.g., fintechs, banks, large service or technology companies). Prior experience in automation centers of excellence (CoE RPA) or operational efficiency teams. Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and integration automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.). Experience with automation governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, audits, audit trails, etc.). English or Spanish Requirements:* Mandatory Requirements Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Product/Process Owner, or similar role, focused on process improvement and/or automation. Practical experience with process mapping and modeling (BPMN or equivalent). Ability to translate business processes into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements. Knowledge of the RPA project lifecycle (discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance). Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar). Analytical mindset, with ability to use data and metrics to assess automation impacts and benefits. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Organized, ownership-oriented, and autonomous enough to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to automation projects. Basic knowledge of AI and prompt engineering.
