Opportunity for professional development within a team leading BIM application Description: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related fields). * Experience in planning and budgeting. * Strong interest in and affinity for BIM, with willingness to work directly with digital models and processes. * Analytical, organized profile with strong data interpretation skills. * Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar). * Familiarity with BIM platforms and tools (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Synchro, AltoQI Visus, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: * Practical experience integrating BIM with cost and planning processes. * Experience developing investment curves and feasibility analyses. * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to projects. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Working with BIM models to generate planning and cost information. * Acting at the interface among budgeting, planning, and project teams. * Developing and monitoring construction and project schedules based on model data. * Supporting cost analysis, quantity take-offs, and integration with budgets. * Supporting the preparation, review, and consolidation of execution budgets and preliminary estimates. * Developing and standardizing BIM-based processes for planning and cost management. * Producing executive reports and dashboards from models. * Participation in strategic projects for major clients. * Innovative environment focused on technology and digitalization of construction. * Opportunity for professional development within a team leading BIM application in the industry. 2511150202461802406
